I understand that I must complete one registration form per room needed. If multiple rooms are needed, I would need to submit one registration form for each room needed. There is a maximum of 2 adult occupants per room*
I understand that adults that do not have the same address must complete separate registration forms even if they plan to share a room/cabin. There will be a place to identify roommates. *
I understand that a passport valid through April 5, 2027 is required for all passengers on this trip. I understand that the lead passenger is responsible for all fees/penalties incurred as a result of not obtaining proper travel authorizations.*

If my balance is left unpaid, my reservation will be canceled immediately. Prices for reinstated reservations maybe higher than initial rate in addition to a $200 reinstatement / administration fee to be charged by the travel agency regardless of the cancellation date.
