WOEA Scholarship Application to the NEA ESP National Conference

WOEA has two scholarships of up to $750 each for WOEA ESP members to attend the ESP National Conference on March 27-29, 2026, in Anaheim, California. Applications are due by Monday, February 9, 2026.

Generally, expenses will be paid by the applicant and reimbursed by WOEA. In addition to completing the WOEA expense voucher (download on the WOEA website), applicants must complete a report form to assist WOEA in knowing the value of the event to the recipient and to WOEA.

If there are more applicants than scholarships, a waiting list will be maintained should there be any cancellations. If a scholarship recipient does not use an awarded scholarship, that member will be excluded from consideration for future scholarships for a period of three years. WOEA will notify local presidents regarding the scholarships WOEA awards to members of that local.

1. WOEA ESP At-Large in second year of term
2. Chair of WOEA ESP Committee in first year of term
3. WOEA Officer who is an ESP
4. ESP who has not previously attended
