Terms & Conditions

This following is an agreement between the Valley Girls Barrel Racing Association (VGBRA), hereinafter referred to as "Lessor", and vendor business owner, hereinafer referred to as "Lessee".

Lessee agrees to rent assigned booth space from the Lessor for the period of April 9-12, 2026. Limited indoor booth space is available and is never guaranteed. All vendors must be approved by the Barrel Daze Event Director, Anna Stowers. You will receive a confirmation/approval directly from the Event Director.

Vendors that offer human/equine treatments must seek approval from event director prior to payment submission. All vendors from previous year's Barrel Daze event have first right of refusal for 2026 vendor spot until February 14, 2026. Thereafter, restricted quantity vendor spots that have not been fulfilled will open to general public. If you wish to get on a waitlist for 2026 for a vendor spot that has been filled, please complete and submit this form (do not send payment until instructed to do so by Event Director). The Event Director will personally email you with information in regard to wait list.

Limited vendor type positions fulfilled for 2026: Accuscope, Bemer treatment, nebulizer treatment, equine & human adjustment/chiro, human massage therapy, equine massage therapy.

The booth space fee is $200 and is due within 30 days of vendor form submission. If you require a horse stall for your vendor setup, an additional $96 will be added to vendor fee. If it is within 30 days of event upon submission of this form, you must make special payment arrangements with the Barrel Daze Event Director, Anna Stowers. The Lessee will provide their own equipment they need (examples: tent, trailer, tables, chairs, etc.) to set up their vendor space. The Lessor does take requests for special needs like indoor space, electricity hookup, etc., however, no request is guaranteed to be able to be fulfilled.

Hold Harmless: Grant County Fair Board, County Commissioners, Grant County and its agents, Valley Girls Barrel Racing Association workers and its members shall not be liable for any damage (either to person or property) sustained by Lessee or other, caused by defects now in said Leased premises or situated in any part of the appurtenance thereof, becoming out of repair or caused by fire or by the busting of leaking water, gas or sewer pipes, or any other persons, including the Grant County Fair, Valley Girls Barrel Racing Association member and worder crew, said Commissioners, said County or their Agents, or due to the happening of any accident, whatsoever caused in or about said building premises. Lessee agrees to defend and hold harmless the Grant County Fairgrounds, County Commissioners, Valley Girls Barrel Racing Association and all said agents, from any, and all, claims for damage suffered, or alleged to be suffered, in or about the leased premises by any person, firm or corporation.
