Final Agreement and Policies
Please review and agree to the event policies to complete your registration. Event Policies (Current) Arrival & Timing: Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your ceremony may be shortened to keep the schedule on track. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, you may be treated as a no-show and may need to reschedule (if a slot is available). What Couples Must Bring: Valid Georgia marriage license in hand. Valid government-issued photo ID for both partners. Rings (optional) Witnesses (optional if bringing your own; witness add-on available if needed/available) Guest Policy: Ticket includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per guest, up to the maximum allowed by room capacity (we discussed a max of 10 guests total). Cancellations & Refunds: Full refund (minus Eventbrite fees) if canceled 7+ days before the event date. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed if requested 72+ hours before the appointment time (subject to availability). Requests within 72 hours may require a $50 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability. Force Majeure / Organizer Cancellation If the event must be canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (ex: building closure/emergency), couples can choose: a full refund, or a credit toward a future ceremony date.
