Terms and Condition

IF BUYING MAIL CLUB KIT ONLY

🎉 Free shipping — select “TWP Mail” at checkout.

Registration period starts every 1st of the month and ends every 30th/31st of the month at 11:59PM. Availability of some inclusions after that are not guaranteed (see item listing for details).

Express Mail (J&T) – Shipping weekly (Monday & Wednesday) usually starts every 2nd week of the month. Allow 3 to 14 days from receiving email confirmation for preparing and packing of mail. (Recommended if you have extra budget as it is the most secured courier).

Registered Mail (PhilPost, with tracking) – Ships around a week after the registration period closes.

Ordinary Mail (PhilPost, no tracking) – Same schedule as Registered Mail. Least recommended since it has no tracking.

If buying mail club and other items, please choose the Express Mail, when selecting a tier for mail club, since PhilPost is weight-sensitive and we cannot ship the mail club kit together with other items.

- Once shipped, I’m not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. No replacements/refunds.

- Ships from Pampanga via PhilPost and J&T. ETA are following:

PhilPost: ~2 weeks to 3 months

J&T: ~ 1 day to 2 weeks

Please make sure someone can receive your mail (especially for PhilPost). If returned, buyer pays the reshipping fee.
