    Orders are accepted based on availability and are dependent on design complexity, quantity, and current schedule. Larger orders and certain custom designs may require a 2-4 week notice.

    Dates are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking, and an invoice will be provided.

    Client and corporate gifting requires a minimum purchase commitment of $70. Gift boxes may be ordered together for the same date or for different dates to accommodate your gifting needs.

    Order Confirmation & Payment

    • Submitting this form does not guarantee order availability.
    • Once availability is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required within 48 hours of invoice to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
    • The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
    • Orders totaling $70 or less must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice to secure the order.
    • Orders made less than 7 days must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice to secure order.
    • For presale items, full payment is orequired upon invoice to confirm your order.

    Order Notice & Rush Orders

    • Your requested pick-up or delivery date must be at least seven (7) days from the date of submission.
    • Orders requested with less than the 7 day period may be considered based on availability and will incur a rush fee of $25, with final pricing determined by order size, design complexity, and production schedule.

    Pickup, Delivery & Setup

    • Complimentary pickup is available at designated location in Aberdeen, Maryland. 
    • Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance and time.
    • Once an order has been picked up or delivered, LoveLeigh Confections is not responsible for any damage.
    • For wedding and large event orders, delivery and setup are strongly recommended to ensure proper handling, presentation, and overall quality of your desserts. This allows LoveLeigh Confections to execute your order as intended and maintain the highest standard for your event.

    Allergy Notice

    • LoveLeigh Confections is not a nut-free kitchen. While precautions are taken during preparation, products are made in a kitchen that uses shared equipment and surfaces.
    • If you or anyone consuming these products has a severe nut allergy, we strongly advise against placing an order.
