    Room Sharing & Pricing Policy (Umrah in Ramadan)

    When booking Umrah packages for Ramadan through www.muhammadiyah.tours, please note that discounted room prices are based on full occupancy. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that the required number of travellers are booked together.

    For example, if you are booking a quad room, you must have four people booked together. If the required number of travellers is not met, we will do our best to arrange accommodation; however, we cannot guarantee that the quad-sharing price will still apply.

    In cases where only a twin or triple room is available, the price may be adjusted accordingly. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

    UMRAH – RAMADAN (FEBRUARY 2026)

    1.  Contractual Status & Acceptance of Terms
    These Key Facts & Special Terms apply specifically to the Umrah Tour taking place during Ramadan – February 2026 and form an integral and binding part of your contract with Muhammadiyah Tours.

    These terms apply in addition to, and must be read in conjunction with, the General Terms & Conditions published on our website at:
    www.muhammadiyah.tours

    By submitting a booking form, making payment of any deposit, instalment, or balance, or by participating in any part of the tour, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

    You have read, fully understood, and accepted these Key Facts & Terms; and
    You have read, fully understood, and accepted the General Terms & Conditions published on our website.

    In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between these Key Facts & Terms and the General Terms & Conditions, the General Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

    2. The Blessed Teacher and Other Dignitaries
    IMPORTANT NOTICE

    Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh (the “Blessed Teacher”) shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, for any aspect of the tour, including but not limited to:

    - Flights or airline services
    - Ground or local transportation
    - Accommodation or hotel services
    - Excursions or organised activities
    - Any logistical, administrative, operational, or travel-related arrangements

    The involvement of the Blessed Teacher, if present, is strictly limited to the provision of spiritual and religious guidance only. He does not act in any organisational, managerial, advisory, or representative capacity in relation to the tour.

    Where Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh travels in connection with this tour, his travel, accommodation, and related arrangements may differ entirely from those of the group and are independent of the travellers’ arrangements.

    For the avoidance of doubt, no contractual, agency, partnership, employment, or liability relationship of any nature exists between travellers and Shaykh Ahmad Dabbagh, whether express or implied.

    3. Flights (Not Included)
    Flights are not included in this tour. All travellers are required to make their own independent flight arrangements.

    Full flight booking confirmation documents, including all flight sectors, must be provided at the time of booking.

    IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

    We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued, in respect of any matters arising from or relating to flights, including but not limited to:

    Flight delays
    Flight cancellations
    Missed connections
    Flight rescheduling or re-routing
    Airline operational or service failures
    All flight-related matters remain strictly between the traveller and the airline, and are entirely outside our control.

    4. SIM Cards & Communications
    We shall accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any failure by you to receive, access, or act upon essential information communicated via group messaging platforms or any other tour-related communication channels.

    You are strongly advised to purchase a local Saudi Arabian SIM card for the duration of the tour. The use of eSIMs is not recommended when travelling in Saudi Arabia.

    Hotel Wi-Fi may be available; however, its availability, reliability, speed, and continuity cannot be guaranteed and must not be relied upon as a primary or sole means of communication. Mobile roaming services are subject entirely to the terms, coverage, and limitations imposed by your individual network provider.

    The responsibility for maintaining effective, reliable, and continuous communication throughout the tour rests solely with you. You are further advised to download and install a VPN application, as access to WhatsApp may, in certain circumstances, require the use of a VPN.

    5. Hotels & Accommodation
    We shall use reasonable endeavours to provide the hotels advertised, or alternative hotels of a similar standard and quality.

    Hotel substitutions may occur due to operational, logistical, or availability requirements. We do not control, and accept no responsibility for, hotel check-in delays, particularly during Ramadan, when hotels are exceptionally busy.

    It is your responsibility to research the hotels included in your selected package and to ensure that they meet your personal expectations and requirements.

    Room Allocations & Room Sharing
    You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable person with whom to share a room where a shared accommodation option has been selected. Where possible, we may assist with room-sharing arrangements; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

    If you are travelling alone as a single traveller, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. In certain circumstances, however, you may be required to occupy a single room, and a single-occupancy supplement may apply.

    No-Bed Option
    On selected packages, we may offer a “no-bed” option for children below a specified age. Availability is strictly limited, and this option may not be available on all packages or at all hotels.

    6. Transport
    Transport schedules, meeting points, and timings will be communicated in advance. It is your responsibility to arrive at the designated location on time. If you fail to do so and miss the scheduled transport, the group will not wait, we will assume you have made alternative arrangements.  You may be required to make your own onward travel arrangements at your own expense.

    We do not control, and accept no liability for, delays caused by traffic conditions, governmental or regulatory authorities, or other external factors beyond our control. Where delays do occur, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable; however, we shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or disruption arising as a result.

    You are required to board the allocated transport promptly when instructed. Failure to board at the specified time will be deemed confirmation that you have chosen not to travel on the arranged transport or have independently made alternative travel arrangements.

    7. Travellers’ Own Vehicle Hire and Independent Transport Arrangements
    If you choose to hire or use a private vehicle during the tour, this shall be for your personal use only and shall not replace, modify, or affect the transport arrangements provided as part of the tour. All tour transport will operate strictly in accordance with the scheduled programme and will continue regardless of any privately arranged vehicle hire.

    We accept no responsibility or liability for any delays, disruptions, losses, or issues arising from the use of privately hired vehicles or independently arranged transport. Tour transport will not wait for, travel alongside, or coordinate with privately hired vehicles, and any alignment with the tour convoy cannot be guaranteed.

    All health, safety, security, and duty-of-care measures provided as part of the tour apply exclusively to transport arranged by us. These responsibilities do not extend to privately hired vehicles or any independently arranged transport.

    Where travellers make their own transport arrangements, there shall be no expectation that the tour operator will facilitate early hotel check-in or other accommodation-related arrangements. Travellers using private vehicles must wait for the official tour convoy to arrive at the destination before any hotel arrangements can be actioned. We may, at our discretion, assist where possible; however, this is provided without guarantee.

    8. Booking and Payment Terms
    To secure your place on the tour, an initial payment is required at the time of booking. No booking shall be deemed confirmed, and no availability shall be held, until payment has been received and formally acknowledged by us. Your booking will be registered only once you have received written confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed.

    Following submission of your booking form, you will be issued with an invoice within a reasonable period. You must then make payment of either the remaining balance or the full tour cost, as specified on the invoice and by the stated due date.

    In the event of cancellation after booking, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with the terms and conditions published on our website at:

    Any payment made after a reminder has been issued will be subject to an administration fee of £50.

    9. Ziarats, Excursions & Activities
    Certain excursions, including Ziarats (visits to holy sites), are included as part of the tour package. If you fail to attend or miss a scheduled Ziarat or excursion for any reason, no alternative visit, refund, or compensation will be provided.

    Please note that participation in Ziarats and excursions may involve periods of walking, standing, and waiting, including time spent on the coach prior to disembarkation. By participating, you expressly acknowledge and accept these conditions.

    Some Ziarats or excursions may require an entry, access, or permit fee, which is not included in the tour price and must be paid directly by the traveller.

    Transport will be arranged only for group activities that are expressly advertised by us as included or as optional extras. Any entry fees, activity costs, permits, or related expenses remain the sole responsibility of the traveller. All advertised optional activities are subject to availability and may be amended or cancelled at short notice.

    Where you choose to participate in non-advertised or additional activities or excursions, additional charges will apply for any ad hoc transport, administration, or logistical arrangements required. Such arrangements are made strictly on a discretionary basis and cannot be guaranteed.

    We reserve the right to determine the type, size, and specification of vehicles used for the purposes of this tour. For the duration of the tour, all organised travel will be conducted exclusively by coach.

    10. Packages
    Please note that no reductions, refunds, or partial refunds will be provided where you choose not to use any part of the fixed package facilities, services, or inclusions, or where you shorten or otherwise reduce the length of your stay. In exceptional circumstances, a review may be undertaken at our sole discretion; however, this does not guarantee any adjustment or refund.

    Where you participate in any aspect of the tour, including but not limited to internal or external gatherings, prayer congregations, lectures, or naseehah, the full package price shall remain payable, regardless of the level, duration, or extent of your participation.

    Any refunds, where applicable, are considered strictly at our discretion and are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Terms set out in our General Terms & Conditions, which are published on our website at:

    11. Flight Booking Confirmation
    You must provide a copy of the flight booking confirmation documents for all travellers in your booking before your place on the tour can be confirmed. Without receipt of these details, your booking cannot be secured or finalised.

    12.  Accessibility, Medical Conditions & Special Assistance
    Where you arrange your own flights, it is your responsibility to notify the airline directly of any requirements for special assistance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability, reliability, or standard of special assistance services provided by airlines, airports, coach operators, train companies, ferry services, or other third-party transport providers.

    Please be aware that some locations visited during the tour may have limited or restricted wheelchair access. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate declared accessibility needs, full or unrestricted access cannot be guaranteed at all sites.

    The use of electric scooters, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, or similar powered or non-powered mobility devices is subject to local regulations, site restrictions, transport limitations, and health and safety considerations. Such devices may not be permitted on coaches, within certain hotels, at religious sites, or at excursion locations. We do not guarantee the suitability, storage, charging facilities, or transport of any mobility devices at any stage of the tour.

    Where a mobility device cannot be accommodated within the standard vehicles provided by our transport suppliers, it shall be your sole responsibility to arrange and fund alternative transport suitable for your needs. In such circumstances, tour transport will continue to operate as scheduled and will not be delayed, altered, or adapted to accommodate individual mobility devices.

    You are required to declare at the time of booking any medical conditions (physical or mental), accessibility requirements, or use of mobility aids or scooters that may affect your participation in the tour or the arrangements provided. Failure to declare such information may result in our inability to accommodate your needs, and we accept no liability arising from non-disclosure.

    Where you require personal assistance or the support of a carer, it is your responsibility to ensure that your carer travels with you and is suitably capable, equipped, and available to support you throughout the tour, including during transport, accommodation, and activities.

    The tour operator, its agents, representatives, and other tour participants accept no responsibility or liability for any medical, health-related, care-related, supervision, or mobility-assistance matters.

    You must also ensure that you have appropriate and adequate medical and travel insurance in place for the duration of the tour, particularly where you have pre-existing medical conditions, accessibility requirements, or specific healthcare needs.

    13. Insurance
    It is the traveller’s sole responsibility to ensure that they hold adequate and appropriate travel insurance for the full duration of the tour. We do not provide travel insurance.

    Travellers with medical conditions, accessibility requirements, or specific needs must ensure that their insurance policy includes suitable and specialised cover, including cover for any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility requirements, or other circumstances that may affect their travel, participation in the tour, or return journey.

    Failure to obtain appropriate insurance is undertaken entirely at the traveller’s own risk, and we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, expense, or consequence arising from inadequate or absent insurance cover.

    14. Children and Mehram Requirements
    Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times for the full duration of the tour.

    It is our policy that female travellers must be accompanied by a Mehram, defined as a male guardian, unmarriageable kin, or otherwise religiously prohibited male relative. Any exception to this requirement will be considered only under strict conditions and must be discussed with us in advance of booking. No exception shall be assumed unless expressly agreed in writing.

    For the purposes of this policy, a Mehram must be at least 16 years of age at the time of travel.

    15. Visas 
    It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct visa.  Should you be travelling from western countries, we would recommend the visa waiver if you are eligible. Otherwise, you can apply for a Tourist Visa.

    When Booking Your Flights

    When arranging your flights, please note the following important information:

    The tour package commences on 26 February 2026.

    Hotel check-in will be available after 16:00. Please ensure that your inbound flight is booked accordingly.

    All inbound flights should be booked to Madinah (Saudi Arabia). Your return flight should be booked from Madinah to your home country.

    In accordance with the package itinerary, you will be required to check-out of the Madinah hotel on 7 March 2026 at 12:00 noon.

    Please ensure that your flight bookings align fully with the above dates and times.

    If you require any additional hotel nights either before the tour commences or after it concludes, please indicate this in the “Additional Information” section at the end of the booking form. All such requests are subject to availability, and any additional nights may be charged at a rate different from your package price.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your booking form has been submitted successfully. This confirms receipt of the form only and does not constitute confirmation of your booking.

    If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us promptly via WhatsApp on +44 7793 114568, as your booking cannot be processed until the form has been received and acknowledged.

    Your booking will not proceed until this form has been received, reviewed, and formally confirmed by us.

    PAYMENTS

    A part payment of £500 per booking will be taken at the end of this form. This payment is required to register your booking request and is subject to availability.

    Following receipt of your booking form, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. To help spread the cost, payment is structured in this way; however, immediate payment of the invoiced amount is required upon receipt, as places are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    If payment is not received after a reminder has been issued, your booking may be cancelled without further notice, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

    Any refunds, where applicable, will be processed strictly in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, as published on our website.
