To increase efficency for the event there will be no documentation checking on the Friday of the event unless alternate arrangement in writing has been made with the event secretary.

Please ensure all douments and licences HAVE NOT EXPIRED OR DO NOT EXPIRE before the event.

A printed copy of these documents should be kept with you over the weekend incase documentation is requested.
