Roller Skating Waiver

I understand and acknowledge that roller skating is a hazardous recreational activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other skaters or objects, uneven or slippery surfaces, loss of balance, equipment failure, physical exertion, and negligence of other participants, which may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.I knowingly, voluntarily, and freely assume all risks associated with participating in roller skating activities provided by Roll W. Me LLC, whether such risks are known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, and whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the skating surface, equipment, or THE NEGLIGENCE OF ROLL W. ME LLC, to the fullest extent permitted under California law.I hereby expressly release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Roll W. Me LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in roller skating activities, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ACTIVE OR PASSIVE NEGLIGENCE OF ROLL W. ME LLC, to the maximum extent permitted by California law.I agree to comply with all rules, instructions, safety guidelines, and directions given by Roll W. Me staff. I understand that failure to follow rules or unsafe behavior may result in removal from skating activities without refund.I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in roller skating activities and that I do not have any medical condition that would increase my risk of injury. I agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by my participation.CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE §1542 WAIVER:I expressly waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that, if known, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California. If any portion is held invalid, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the State of California.

$400.00 deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits are non refundable. Unless you get the 2 Car Driveway Rink. $225 deposit is required.

You will receive an invoice via text and/or email 5 days before day of event to pay the remaining balance.

Failure to pay remaining balance 5 days prior to day of event will result in cancellation of booking.

Events outside of Merced and Stanislaus County will be charged a travelers fee of $250.
