I declare that I am not under the minimum age to compete in this event. I accept that neither the race director nor any persons involved in the organisation of the event will be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses that may arise in consequence of my participation in this event, however such may be caused. I declare that I will not compete in this race unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event, I will only compete at my own risk. I declare that I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletic Rules. An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. I accept that Hospice shall take no responsibility for the capture and use of any images taken at the event by any 3rd party not directly engaged by Hospice Isle of Man. Entry fees are non refundable. A deferral for the following year only will be permitted up until the 29/05/2026.*
