Thank you for your interest in speaking at first Kent AI Conference. Please note we ask for biographies and headshots in advance so that we can market your session, should your submission be accepted. The information will be used to promote your session prior to the event, information will be used online, on the seminar booking form and in the printed event guide.
Put yourself in the shoes of your potential audience and ask yourself:
• What would make you choose to attend? Please provide an interesting, educational and relevant synopsis, outlining what delegates can learn.
• How can you make your seminar memorable? Make it fun, fact filled or bring a guest speaker.
• What great case studies can you introduce? Can you demonstrate some real life examples?
• Do you have any key clients that would be willing to join you and share their story? Real life examples draw an audience, not sales staff.
Remember: This is not a technical developer event. It’s a practical, confidence-building day designed for business executives, managers and teams who need clarity on what AI means for their organisation – and how to start using it effectively.
Useful hints:
• After your session you should adjourn to your stand for Q&A and further discussion, use the session to drive people to you for 1-2-1 conversations.
• Do not overload any slides with too much detail/ content.
• Do bring hard copies or a synopsis of your presentation to distribute from your exhibition stand. This is an excellent way to encourage delegates to visit you.
• We also suggest you brand the room and hand out literature during your session.
What doesn’t work:
• Sessions that do not relate to the seminar track or main focus of the day.
• IT jargon or unnecessary technical detail, this is not a technical event!
• Overt sales pitches – please note if you submit information that offers little educational material, or too much self-promotion, it will not be approved by the Programme Committee.
*PLEASE NOTE WE WILL REQUIRE PRESENTATION SLIDES BY FRIDAY 19TH JUNE 2026*
