Triple AAA Driving School – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all driving instruction services provided by Triple AAA Driving School operating in the Falkland Islands. By booking lessons and submitting this form, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and safety for both the learner and the instructor. Triple AAA Driving School reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will apply to all lessons. All services are provided in accordance with Falkland Islands laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility of Learners
Learners must hold a valid Falkland Islands Provisional Driving Licence. Learners must be at least 17 years of age. Learners must be medically fit to drive and must inform the instructor of any medical condition, medication, or learning difficulty that may affect driving ability.
3. Booking of Lessons
Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability. Lesson duration is typically 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. The agreed lesson time includes briefing and debriefing.
4. Fees and Payment
Lesson fees are charged at the current published rate. Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include cash, visa cards, bank transfer, or Wise. Any outstanding fees must be settled before further lessons can be taken.
5. Cancellations and Missed Lessons
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If the instructor cancels a lesson, an alternative date or time will be offered. Late arrival may result in a shortened lesson, with the full fee still payable.
6. Conduct During Lessons
Learners must behave in a responsible and lawful manner at all times. Lessons will not proceed if the learner is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair driving ability. The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if safety is compromised, with the lesson fee remaining payable.
7. Use of the Training Vehicle
The driving school vehicle is fully insured for driving instruction. Learners must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.
8. Driving Tests
Triple AAA Driving School cannot guarantee a driving test pass. Test readiness is at the discretion of the instructor. The training vehicle will be provided for the practical test.
9. Personal Property
Triple AAA Driving School is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the vehicle.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information is collected solely for providing driving instruction and managing bookings. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Falkland Islands.
