Register for Your One-on-one Fit Check with a School Leader
Fit Checks are optional, 10-minute conversations with school leaders designed to help you and our schools get to know each other. They are not formal interviews and no job offers are made at the event. Think of them as a personal introduction—a chance to share who you are, what you love about teaching, and what you’re looking for in a school community.
Fit Checks may be conducted by principals, assistant principals, or teacher leaders, and many school leaders will also be circulating in the Meet & Greet area, so you’ll have multiple opportunities to connect. You can request Fit Checks with specific schools by reserving desired time slots below.
Whether or not you wish to participate in our Fit Checks, we strongly encourage you to attend—the Meet & Greet is a key part of the experience and a great way to learn about school culture, make connections, and put your face to a name for when positions open later in the spring.
