Monday, June 22 - Wednesday, June 24: Youth Golf Clinic at Fox Den in Cleveland
9:30am - 2:30pm

Thursday, June 25: Graduation Ceremony at Top Golf in Cleveland
10:00am - 2:00pm

Program includes: Pro instruction and yoga lessons, golf clubs and gear, lunch and water, and light bleeding education during lunch.

This program is for youth ages 8-17 with a bleeding disorder. If space allows, siblings may register, but only if the youth with a bleeding disorder is participating as well.

If your youth golfer requires golf clubs, please indicate below. The deadline for registration, if you need clubs, is June 1st. For all others, registration will remain open until June 8 or until we reach our maximum capacity of 12 participants.
