    Vendor Space: We offer one booth size of 10 feet long by 10 feet wide for each event. The cost of space for one event is $60 and does not include tables or chairs. 

          Discount: If vendor chooses 2 or more events they can receive an event discount. 

                   2 events - 10% off total vendor fee for all combined events.

                   3 events - 15% off total vendor fee for all combined events. 

                   4 events - 20% off total vendor fee for all combined events.

    Upon acceptance, you will be sent a link to PayPal for payment. Payment must be paid within 7 days of receipt to secure your spot. Fee is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the event organizer. Alternate payment methods are accepted upon request. 
    - We expect vendors to bring everything required for their set-up, including tables and chairs.
    - There are no electrical outlets for use, and Wifi access is limited.

    Important Information:

    - This is an INDOOR Event and will take place in the entirety of the O'Neill Hall inside the Fitchburg Armory. Vendor placement is dependent on completed applications and fees. 
    - Applications that are incomplete or lack required information will not be considered.
    - All applicants will be notified by email within 14 business days regarding acceptance. Vendors will be sent a link to Paypal for payment. Failure to make payment within 7 days of receiving the email forfeits your spot to another vendor in the same category. 
    - Please check your junk, spam, or promotions folder for our response to your application. If you do not hear from us within the given timeframe, please contact us by email at kmurphy@thehamgiftshop.com

    Please review each rule carefully and check the corresponding box to confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms.

    1. The fees are outlined above. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your acceptance email. If payment is not received in this timeframe, your spot will be offered to the next applicant on our waitlist. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable for this event. If you cancel, a refund will not be provided.

    2. Each booth space measures approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. You are required to bring any tables, chairs, and any other supplies needed for your space. You do not have access to electricity. The week before the event, you will receive an email with set-up time, space assignments, and instructions. Early arrival or early breakdown without prior approval is not allowed and will result in disqualification from future events.

    3. Raffles or giveaways are not allowed without prior approval from The H.A.M. Gift Shop.

    4. Please be specific about items you intend to sell at the fair when completing the application. Only the items approved in the application and prior to the event will be allowed for sale. If you have added new products, please contact us for approval!

    5. Failure to follow the guidelines outlined in this application will result in the loss of participation in future events organized by The H.A.M. Gift Shop.

    6. The H.A.M. Gift Shop and the Fitchburg Senior Center will be held harmless against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees and legal expenses and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from the acts, omissions breach or default of vendors, in connection with the performance of any work by vendors, its officers, directors, agents, employees and vendors.
