Scholarship Application Period
The application period is February 1 - March 31, 2026 at 5:00pm. Applications submitted after 5:00pm on March 31, 2026 will not be considered. Incomplete submissions will also not be reviewed.
Scholarship Available
A total of three scholarships will be awarded, selected from the combined OSU-COM Tulsa and Tahlequah campuses:
* Career Transition Scholarship - $3,000
* First-Generation Scholarship - $3,000
* Leadership Award - $3,000
Application Confirmation & Review Process
Upon submission, applicants will receive an automatic confirmation email containing a copy of the application sent to the OSU email address provided. Once the application and all required supporting documents have been received, a second confirmation email will be sent within two business days from the Osteopathic Founders Foundation (@osteopathicfounders.org).
All applicants will be notified by mail after the committee has met and selected the recipients.
Every effort is being made to ensure the privacy of all information provided. Applicants will remain anonymous to the selection committee during the review process.
Public Recognition
All scholarship recipients will be recognized publicly. This includes publication of the receipient's name, photo, and short biogrphy on our website and acknowledgement through social media.
