D-now Student Behavior & Rules Agreement: Students must sign and agree to all of the following.
 
 
D-NOW Student Behavior & Rules Agreement
Event: D-NOW (March 20–22)
Grades: 6th–12th Grade

The purpose of D-NOW is to grow in faith, build healthy relationships, and represent Jesus Christ in all we do. To ensure a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered weekend, all students are expected to follow the rules listed below.

General Expectations
Students will remain under the supervision of church leaders at all times.
Students may not leave the church, event location, or host homes without a parent AND the youth director. Leaving without permission is not allowed under any circumstances.
Students are expected to be on their best behavior, showing respect to leaders, hosts, other students, and themselves.

Prohibited Items & Actions
The following are strictly prohibited:

Vapes, e-cigarettes, nicotine products
Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances
Weapons of any kind
Pranks, bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
Fire of any kind
Pets or animals
Any possession or involvement with these items or actions will result in immediate dismissal from D-NOW.

Conduct & Respect
Students are expected to love everyone like Jesus does.
Bullying, teasing, pranks, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
Respect for leaders, speakers, worship teams, and peers is required at all times.

Host Homes
Students will be staying in other people’s homes and are expected to respect host homes and host family rules very seriously.
Be polite, thankful, and responsible while staying in host homes.
Do not bring anything that you would not want others to see or have access to.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings and for cleaning up after themselves.

Responsibility & Participation
Students are responsible for:

Keeping track of time
Attending all sessions, activities, and Bible studies
Bringing and participating with their Bible
Following the schedule set by leaders

Consequences
Failure to follow any of the rules listed above or stepping out of line in behavior will result in the student being asked to leave D-NOW immediately. Parents/guardians will be contacted, and transportation home will be required.

Parent/Guardian Permission & Authorization
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above-named student, give permission for my child to participate in D-NOW 2026, sponsored by Corydon Missionary Baptist Church.

I understand that this event includes, but is not limited to, worship services, games, activities, service projects, transportation to and from event locations, and overnight stays in host homes provided by members or leaders of Corydon Missionary Baptist Church.

I hereby give my permission for my child to:

Be housed in host homes approved by Corydon Missionary Baptist Church
Be transported by adult leaders and volunteers of Corydon Missionary Baptist Church during the event

Liability Release
I understand that participation in D-NOW involves activities that may include risk of injury. In consideration for my child being allowed to participate, I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Corydon Missionary Baptist Church, its staff, volunteers, leaders, and host families from any and all liability for injury, illness, accident, or loss that may occur during this event.

I acknowledge that Corydon Missionary Baptist Church and its leaders will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during D-NOW 2026.

I also understand and agree that the church and its leaders are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to my child.

Media & Photo Release
I give permission for Corydon Missionary Baptist Church to take photographs and/or video recordings of my child during D-NOW 2026. I understand that these images may be used for church-related promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, printed materials, and presentations.

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

Medical Authorization (Optional but Recommended)
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize adult leaders of Corydon Missionary Baptist Church to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child. I understand that every reasonable effort will be made to contact me in the event of an emergency.
