    Join us for our next Wine Pairing Dinner at Hop Harvest & Vine, celebrating the bold, expressive wines of the American West Coast. This special evening will feature a thoughtfully curated five-course dinner crafted by Chef Tayah, paired with exceptional West Coast wines selected to complement each dish.

    For our non-alcoholic guests, we are pleased to offer a carefully designed NA pairing option, created with the same attention to balance, flavor, and seasonality as the wine pairings.

    Our evening will be guided by Agatha Wilke of Capitol Husting, who will share insights into each winery, tasting notes, and how each pairing enhances the flavors of the dishes.
