ISTE Scholarship Application
The Multicounty Multitype Library Systems reimburse library professionals for costs to pursue professional development and educator certification. The ISTE Certification Reimbursement Plan is part of this program. You will be reimbursed for your payment to ISTE. No other costs you incur will be reimbursed with this scholarship.
Process
(1) You will need to upload a copy of your ISTE Certification Participation & Supervisory Agreement in the appropriate field below. You receive this from ISTE once you enroll in the program. (2) You will be notified whether or not your application is approved (3) After you complete the program, please contact Bethany Kauffman at bethany@prairielands.org to receive your request for reimbursement form (4) Complete the request for reimbursement form, including attaching a copy of your proof of payment (your receipt for the payment you made when you registered) and your proof of completion.
You will be reimbursed by check once the request for reimbursement has been received. Questions may be sent to Bethany Kauffman (bethany@prairielands.org). Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization they belong to.

To be reimbursed, you will need to (1) complete the ISTE Scholarship Reimbursement Form which you will request from bethany@prairielands.org (2) submit a copy of your receipt for registration and proof of course completion, and (3) write thank-you notes to your state legislators for the funding and submit copies of those with your other documents.
