Golden Years Expo Vendors must fill out the application and pay the applicable non-refundable fee. The completed application and payment of associated fees are mandatory in order to participate in the event and must be received no later than May 13th, 2026.

EVENT INFORMATION

Date of Event: Wednesday, June 3rd 2026

Load-In time: 8 AM

Time of Event: 9 AM- 1 PM

Venue: Fairfield Community Arts Center (411 Wessel Dr, Fairfield, OH 45014)

City agrees to provide:
- Advertising in the Fairfield Parks and Recreation social media outlets, newspapers, and radio.
- One table and two chairs per booth. Tables are 7ft tables.
- Boxed Lunch- Two per booth provided, additional may be purchased.

How many total lunches do you need? (Two are provided, extras are $10 per lunch. Please add this to fees when paying.)
