• MCS Completed Course Transfer Credit

  • IMPORTANT! READ BEFORE CONTINUING:

    This form is intended for MCS students who have already successfully completed a course pre-approved for transfer credit. The transfer credit course does not have to be based in MCS, but the student must have a primary major within MCS. 

    Please submit a separate form for each course completed.

    In order for us to add credit for a course, we require

    1. Evidence of pre-approval
    2. Evidence of transcript submission
    3. A final letter grade of C- or better
