  • Eligibility Requirements

  • APA members must apply via this portal by Friday, February 6th, 2026. Acceptance notifications will be sent by February 10th, 2026. If there are more applications than open slots, the selection committee will prioritize inclusivity across geography and research disciplines.

    Registration fees are inclusive of admittance to the program as well as meals throughout the event. Early Bird registration rates are:

    • Trainees: $100.00 USD
    • Academics: $200.00 USD
    • Industry: $500.00 USD

    Early Bird rates are available through Friday, February 20th, 2026. Beyond the Early Bird date, fees will increase by $100 for each category.
