CCBHCs are responsible for reporting on an expanding set of clinical quality measures, but the real opportunity lies in using these measures to strengthen care delivery and outcomes. This learning community helps CCBHC leaders move beyond compliance by aligning quality measurement with person-centered care and organizational improvement. Through peer learning, practical tools, real-world examples, and optional 1:1 coaching and consultation, participants will explore how to embed quality measures into clinical workflows, leverage IT systems for data collection and reporting, and apply continuous quality improvement (CQI) strategies. The series supports teams in shifting from “reporting for the sake of reporting” to making data work for clients, clinicians, and the broader mission of integrated, equitable care. Participants will:
