Unofficial Transcripts

Upload your unofficial transcripts from all coursework completed, including coursework you completed at TMCC. Note that in order to be processed, your official transcripts must be submitted directly to TMCC's Admissions and Records Office in a timely manner.

In addition to submitting unofficial transcripts, you must complete a credit evaluation for transfer courses (contact TMCC Academic Advisement for more information). Please verify in your TMCC student account that all transfers have been processed.

Please note that a course evaluation will be completed prior to admissions. In addition to the required Nursing courses, some General Education courses may be required for completion. These include CH 203, ENG 102, and MATH 126. In addition to meeting the general education requirement, students must have taken NURS 212 at TMCC.
