I, the undersigned,, hereby acknowledge and certify that the information I have provided to Prosperity Tax Group for the preparation of my income tax return is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. Specifically, I affirm the following: 1. Accuracy of Information All income, deductions, credits, and write-off expenses listed in the documents I have submitted to Prosperity Tax Group are truthful and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, business expenses, home office deductions, travel expenses, and any other write-offs that have been claimed. 2. Supporting Documentation I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain all receipts, invoices, and records supporting the expenses I have claimed as write-offs. If requested by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any other tax authority, I will provide the necessary documentation to verify these expenses.
