2026-2027 Registration Form

We are glad that you would like to register for the 2026-2027 school year! This online registration form is for students who are new to our school and siblings of currently-enrolled students. Currently-enrolled students should use the registration form in brightwheel. If have any questions about registration, please email our director, Marj Jenkins, at mjenkins@sapc.com.

Please read the instructions thoroughly before submitting your registration form.

Classes offered for the 2026-2027 school year:

Twos may choose MWF, T/TH or M-F*

Threes may choose MWF or M-F

PreK (Fours) and Transitional K classes meet M-F.

*If space allows, twos may register for two classes (MWF and T/TH) to create a five-day option. You may choose M-F as your 1st or 2nd choice.

Our birthdate cut-off is August 31, 2026 and children must be the age of the class for which they are registering by this date. Only children who are five by August 31, 2026 may register for the Transitional K class. Others may be placed in this class upon discretion of the director. If your child is not yet five years old by August 31, 2026, please select the PreK class.

We reserve the right to maintain a reasonable boy/girl ratio in each class. All children in three-year-old classes must be able to use the bathroom independently.

Registration deadline for new families is

12:00 noon on Thursday, January 29.

Siblings of currently-enrolled students should submit registration forms by Tuesday, January 27.

You may submit a registration form at any time. All applications received by the deadline will be considered for the initial round of registration. In the event that there are more applications than open spots in a particular class, we will draw names lottery-style to fill the class. Those who do not get a spot will be placed on a wait list and informed as soon as space is available.

The registration fee corresponds to the number of days/week a child attends preschool. It is a separate fee and does not take the place of a tuition payment. Tuition payments are made monthly beginning in August 2026 and ending in April 2027. Tuition invoices are sent out on or near the first of each month. Payments made after the 10th of the month will incur a late fee.

Please submit the registration fee that corresponds to your first choice class. If your child is placed in your second-choice class, we will make an appropriate adjustment to your registration fee.

Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a family moves to another town and notifies us prior to moving. Registration fees will be returned if we are not able to place your child on a class list. If your child is accepted, but you decide not to place him/her at Saint Andrews, your registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS

I understand that by submitting this application I am responsible for the corresponding registration fee, even if I choose not to have my child attend Saint Andrews.

If my child is not placed in my first or second choice class, my registration fee will be returned. Families who move out of the area before the start of the school year are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Families must notify the preschool in writing and provide an address where the refund can be sent.

In the event that I choose to withdraw my child from the preschool, I understand that I am responsible for my child's tuition for a full 30 days after I give notice of withdrawal.

PHOTO RELEASE

From time to time, Saint Andrews Preschool may post photos of students, teachers, and school activities on its website and in publications. Names of children will never be used.

MOVEMENT EDUCATION CONSENT

I hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Music and Movement Class at Saint Andrews Preschool. I recognize that injuries can occur in any activity which involves motion. In consideration for allowing my child to participate in movement education I release Saint Andrews Preschool and staff from any and all liability for injuries suffered by my child while under the instruction or supervision of Saint Andrews staff. This acknowledgment of risk and waiver of liability has been read and understood and is signed voluntarily.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Payment is due by 12:00 NOON on the deadline in order for your registration to be processed. Applications that are not accompanied by payment will not be considered.

Please hand deliver payment to the preschool or submit a check by mail. Your registration will be considered when payment is received.
