LATE ARRIVAL
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time will incur a $50 late fee. Session time will not be extended due to late arrival. If the photographer has availability, an extension may be granted at their discretion. Sessions arriving near closing time may be cancelled without refund.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
All images are protected under the Barbados Copyright and Related Rights Act (Section 22). Images may not be altered, cropped, or modified without written consent. The client waives all ownership, resale, and monetization rights unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Upon full payment, the client is granted permission to print and share images for personal use, including social media and personal websites. Commercial use (advertising, resale, publications, etc.) requires a separate license and fee. This agreement may be presented to print labs as proof of authorization.
MODEL RELEASE
This agreement serves as a model release, granting the photographer unrestricted rights to use images and footage for portfolio, promotional, advertising, and lawful purposes. The client waives rights to review or restrict the photographer’s use of the images.
IMAGE DELIVERY & EDITING
Proofs are delivered within 1–2 business days and are unedited, watermarked, and not downloadable. Clients must submit their final image selections within 3 days of receiving proofs.
Edited images are delivered within 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri). Additional edits beyond the package incur extra processing time. Once final images are delivered, no further revisions are included. Optional revisions are available at $25 per image. Removal of watermarks on unedited images is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the package price.
CREATIVE CONTROL
Editing style, image selection, and final delivery are at the photographer’s artistic discretion. Not all images captured will be delivered.
LOCATION & TRAVEL FEES
Any location-related fees are the client’s responsibility. The photographer does not secure or guarantee location payments. A travel fee may apply based on location.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations result in forfeiture of the initial payment. With 24 hours’ notice, the payment may be applied toward a rescheduled session. All reschedules incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
The photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness, weather, equipment failure, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the initial payment will be refunded.
SESSION FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable 50% initial payment is required to reserve your session and confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due at the end of the session.
Bookings are not confirmed without receipt of the initial payment. Payment instructions will be provided only after form approval. The initial payment must be submitted within 2 days of approval, or the requested date and time will be released.
