Question 2: Credit monitoring is MANDATORY during the repair process. We can NOT use Credit Karma or any free service. You must use Identity IQ, creditheroscore, or another approved site. Without a paid membership we will NOT be able to send your disputes on time or check for changes to update you. Do you agree to keep credit monitoring for the entire process? Question 4: Denefits is our partnered finance company. Their roll is collecting payments, changing pay dates, and reporting your payments to the credit bureaus to boost your score. They ARE NOT responsible for credit repair, we are. After signing up they will call from a 949 area code to verify your identity within 24hrs. If you are late they will also report the negative payment. If at anytime during service you want to cancel early there will be a $49 cancellation fee. Do you understand?* This field is required.

Question 5: Credit can be confusing and will test your patience. During service you will see a lot of score changes which is common. Even decreases in scores aren't always bad. It may be due to using too much credit or missing payments. You may think it's not working. IT IS!
