STEAM Lab Explorer campers will set off on a weeklong adventure of robotics and coding, science experiments, art activities, cooking fun and a variety of other hands-on summer learning! STEM Racer Summer Camp Grades 4th-8th July 13-17 (Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00pm)

All campers will build, race and keep a derby racer car (pinewood derby) plus receive a remote control car that they can modify, race and then take home. Campers will be working with various power tools, including but not limited to: band saws, sanders, jigsaws, drills, drivers. They also could be using hammers, screw drivers, pliers, cutters, utility knives. All appropriate PPE will be provided. Camp instructor has multiple years ofexperience with this type of work with students.
