    Kilmacolm & Port Glasgow Agricultural Show - Saturday 9th May 2025
  • Please fill in this form to register for a trade pitch or space in the Shopping Village tent at the 2026 Show.

    Applications and payments close on 8th February. We will be in touch to confirm if your application is successful after which we will require payment - any not paid for by 1st March will be discarded.

    Applications accepted and paid for by 1st March will feature on the map in our printed schedule.

    Please note that charity stands are limited.

    The allocation of pitches will be decided by the Directors of the Show - no changes will be made. Exhibitors must co-operate promptly with all officials and stewards.

  • CONDITIONS OF TRADING

    • Applications must be made by 8th February.

    • Payments must be made by 1st March - any not paid for by this date will be discarded.

    • The allocation of pitches will be decided by the Directors of the Show - no changes will be made.

    • Exhibitors must co-operate promptly with all officials and stewards.

    • Hot food/drink or takeaway snacks/lunch/meals/for consumption at the Show can only be sold by officially booked food pitch holders.

    • IMPORTANT: The show is held in a field - the ground is uneven, the grass is unmown and much of the show is on sloping ground.

    • Only the ‘activities/services/items for sale’ detailed on the application form can be sold/provided at the Show.

    • The Directors reserve the right to refuse any application and to halt any activity/behaviour on a pitch which does not have their prior approval, is innapropriate, or causes unacceptable disruption, offence or safety issues; exhibitors may be asked to leave the Showground.

    • Persons who have booked/paid for pitches but subsequently cancel the booking or fail to exhibit, shall forfeit all fees paid.

    • Exhibitors must have comprehensive insurance, appropriate current licences and certificates of Public Liability - to be sent to the Trade Stand Convener by 1st April.

    • Pitches will be allowed 1 car per pitch. Additional staff/volunteers need to pay for parking/entry at main car park.

    • Exhibitors may begin set up of pitches from 1pm, Friday 8th May. Set up must be completed by 8.30am on show morning.

    • Exhibitors may only use silent running generators at the Show.

    • Exhibitors must remove all litter and packaging from their pitch and surrounding area; the pitch must be left as found.

    • Exhibitors shall not have any claim against the Society if the Show or any part of it fails to be held or has to be abandoned.

    • All Exhibitors must be compliant with all current legislation and regulation relating to their business.

    • Pitch security, at all times, is the responsibility of Exhibitors.

    • Exhibitors shall assume full responsibility, including: liability for all claims arising out of the Show, handling, housing or storing of such exhibits; the conduct of the exhibitor/staff/volunteers; any accident, damage, or loss however caused, that may occur. The Society will not be responsible in any way.


    THE FOLLOWING IS FORBIDDEN:
    • sub-letting/splitting of pitches/stands.
    • sale/use of balloons, silly string, animals;
    • the sale/promotion of goods/services by shouting/loud noises/annoying behaviour;
    • the sale/promotion of goods/services outwith the confines of your allocated pitch (including use of leaflets/flyers);
    • bringing/keeping animals by exhibitors in the craft tent.
