Wakefield Food Program Summer 26 - WEEKLY form

Thank you for your interest in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) in the community of Wakefield. SFSP provides ANY child ages 1 through 18 access to nutritious food at no cost to their family. Federal guidelines allow for children to receive no more than 2 meals/snacks a day using SFSP.

The Wakefield Grab N Go Summer Food Program only picks up at 609 Grove St. Wakefield.

This program is sponsored by Salina Family YMCA and support by Wakefield PRIDE.

This is a weekly sign-up that will be reset each Thursday morning for the following week of service. (For instance: sign up Thursday-Tuesday for picking up meals Wednesday. Meals are for Thursday-Monday.)

Program starts May 27 and ends Aug. 5. If you forget to sign up or the list is full, you may come at 4:30pm to see if extra bags are available for the child(ren) in your family.

Want to give back? Help may be needed each week to put together the bags, deliver to cars, and clean up. Estimated times are 3-4:30pm, 4-5:30pm or 3-5:30pm.
