Capital Budget FY '27 Pre-Screening Questionnaire

Note that meetings are NOT necessary to apply. You should not wait on a meeting to submit your application (deadline: Feb 19 at 5pm).

Everyone will need to submit two applications:

Manhattan Borough President FY27 General Capital Application
Depending on type of group:

Public Schools and NYC Agencies application
Non-City orgs (Cultural): DCLA Capital funding request page
Non-City orgs (Non-Cultural): OMB capital application via CapGrants

We are especially interested in proposals that promote access, affordability, and equity in the arts and cultural sector.
