Terms & Conditions for a Charity Runners Place
Thank you for your interest in one of our Charity Places for the Front Runner Events. We have places in the Llanelli 10k/Half Marathon on 8th February 2026, the Great Welsh half and full marathons on 8th March 2026 and the Swansea Bay Half Marathon on the 7th June 2026.
We have purchased 25 Charity Places spread across the 3 events. By accepting a charity runner’s place, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Fundraising commitment:
You agree to raise a minimum of £300 for Swansea Community Farm registered charity number: 1079907.
This amount is a minimum target, and we encourage you to raise as much as possible to support us.
You are responsible for all fundraising activities and are expected to use ethical and legal methods.
All funds raised must be collected and submitted to Swansea Community Farm via our official Crowd Funder, or an official sponsor form, by bank transfer, cheque or a cash donation.
If you require support with initial set up please get in touch.
If you are struggling to raise the minimum amount of sponsorship please get in touch with us as early as possible so we can support you to raise the required amount.
Event Registration and Participation:
You must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the event to participate in each event. You acknowledge that you are participating in the event at your own risk and have sought professional and medical advice if you have any health concerns.
Cancelled and Deferred Place:
If you cancel your place we kindly request that you cover the cost of your place incurred by us.
Deferral of the place to a future year is not possible.

By participating, you grant Swansea Community Farm permission to use your name, image, and any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotion and fundraising purposes.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
