This Prom Luxury Vehicle Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Parent/Guardian (“Client”) and the Vehicle owner/provider (“Aikan”) for prom transportation services.

I acknowledge that 30 minutes is allotted for photo time only. Any additional time may result in additional charges or reduced driving time.
7. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Deposit Required: 50% due at the time of booking
- Your date is NOT secured until the deposit is paid.
- Remaining Balance: Due one (1) week before prom date
- No exceptions.
- Please note this is a pick up from location & drop off at the prom. We Do Not Pick up from the prom.
8. Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if I choose to cancel for any reason.If the Company must cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
9. Availability Confirmation
I acknowledge that I must confirm availability before making any payment.
10. Liability & Responsibility
The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage, excessive mess, or rule violations caused by the prom attendee(s). Any damage will result in additional charges billed to the Parent/Guardian.
