REHEARSALS

Commitment to the rehearsal process is very important. Do not sign up if your attendance will be less than 75%. The Production Team will have limited time to recap scenes because of absences which may result in you having to sit out a number.If you are auditioning for a Principal Role, the expectation is you are able to attend 90% of the rehearsal. Repeated absences will result in you not being able to participate in the Show. You will be advised of this by a Member of the Production Team and TLMS Committee within a month of the Show performance on Stage.

During the course of auditions it is our practice to take videos for use in assessment. These videos will not be used for any other purpose without obtaining consent from a member, parent or guardian. During the course of rehearsals it is our practice to take videos and photographs for promotional purposes. In order to comply with child protection and data protection legislation, and the Society's Child Protection Policy and Data Protection Policy the Society’s Child Protection Policy we require your permission for you or your child to be photographed or recorded for the above purposes. Please indicate your consent to you or your child being photographed and/or digitally recorded for the purpose of auditions and promotional material.
