Priority Enrollment Opens Ends January 30th  (current families)

Enrollment Opens to the Public February 2nd.

Enrollments for five weeks or more will be processed first. Enrollments for families needing less than five weeks of care will be processed starting May 1st based on current availability.

Program Dates: June 1st-August 7th

Holiday closure Dates: July 3rd (note tuition is not prorated that week)

Our summer program is for potty-trained preschoolers 3.5-5 years of age (as of June 1, 2025) and school-age children who have finished kindergarten through 6th grade. Children who attend our program receive a healthy morning and afternoon snack. Parents send a nutritious sack lunch. We have a preschool classroom for children who have not yet entered kindergarten. School-age children will be divided into a younger and older age group.

School-age children will have access to our intentionally designed classrooms, 2800 sq. ft. gym, state of the art playground and go on several weekly field trips to nearby trails and parks. The field trip calendar will be finalized closer to the start of summer and we plan to include destinations such as The Spanish Treasure Cave, local splash pads, The Amazeum, Blue Zoo and others.

Preschool-age children have their own large classroom with lots of natural light, access to a gross motor room, and access to our outdoor playscape. Preschoolers will have special activities designed and planned just for them. They will participate in field trips about every other week and will enjoy play-based lessons and activities centered on their weekly themes.

At the end of each week, each group will have an opportunity to earn a Special Reward Activity (see below) to reward them for their hard work and participation in the weekly lessons and on field trips.

Summer Theme: Passport To Fun!

Each student receives a Passport to Fun. Every week they “travel” to a new destination, earning a stamp by completing activities and challenges!

Weekly Themes:

Week 1: Ready for Takeoff! (June 1st- 5th)

This week, campers kick off their journey around the world! We’ll learn how travel works, explore maps and continents, and create our very own passports. Through games, crafts, and hands-on challenges, students will practice teamwork while getting ready for an exciting global adventure.

Week 2: North America Adventure (June 8th-12th)

Our travels take us across North America as we explore famous landmarks, landscapes, and wildlife. Campers will build, design, and problem-solve while learning about different regions and cultures right here at home.

Week 3: South America Expedition (June 15th- 19th)

This week, we head into the heart of South America! Campers will discover rainforests, incredible animals, and vibrant music and art. Hands-on activities will help students learn about ecosystems and how living things adapt to their environments.

Week 4: European Discovery (June 22nd- 26th)

Pack your bags for Europe! Students will explore historic landmarks, castles, and traditions while diving into creative building and design challenges. From famous structures to folktales, this week brings history to life.

Week 5: African Safari (June 29th- July 2nd Closed July 3rd)

Our adventure continues on an African safari! Campers will learn about savannas, wildlife, and conservation through games, crafts, and STEM challenges. Music, rhythm, and art will add to the excitement of this exciting week.

Week 6: Asian Exploration (July 6th-10th)

This week highlights the diverse cultures and innovations of Asia. Campers will enjoy hands-on art, problem-solving games, and creative challenges inspired by traditions, architecture, and storytelling from across the continent.

Week 7: Australian Outback (July 13th- 17th)

G’day! Campers explore the unique animals and landscapes of Australia. Through creative art projects and engineering challenges, students will learn how plants, animals, and people adapt to this extraordinary environment.

Week 8: Polar Adventures (July 20th- 24th)

Bundle up! This week takes campers to the Arctic and Antarctic. Students will explore icy habitats, amazing polar animals, and science experiments that show how living things survive in extreme cold.

Week 9: Island Escapes (July 27th- 31st)

It’s island time! Campers will explore tropical islands, oceans, and weather patterns. Fun hands-on experiments and creative challenges will help students learn about volcanoes, sea life, and life surrounded by water.

Week 10: World Showcase & Celebration (August 3rd- 7th)

Our journey ends with a celebration of learning! Campers will reflect on their favorite destinations, share projects, and enjoy games and activities from around the world. We’ll wrap up the summer with a Passport to Fun graduation and global celebration!

Pricing

(Take $5 off if on auto-pay)

Pre-k Pricing (for potty-trained children 3.5-5 years by June 1, 2026)

• Tuition is based on Full Enrollment only
• If you are enrolled in auto-pay, subtract $5 from weekly tuition listed below
• Full Enrollment (minimum of a 9-week commitment)
  • 5-days a week: $240/wk for 1st child; $220/week for add. child
  • 4-days a week: $220/wk for 1st child; $200/wk for add. child
  • Activities Fee: $195 one-time fee due at enrollment
  • Membership fee: $60/child; $100/family annually
  • A Tuition Contract with enrollment and vacation dates must be finalized and signed by May 15th

School-age Pricing (for children who have completed K-6th grade)

• Tuition is based on Full Enrollment only
• If you are enrolled in auto-pay, subtract $5 from weekly tuition listed below (for children who have completed K-6th grade)
• Tuition is based on Full or Partial Summer Enrollment
• Full Enrollment (minimum of a 9-week commitment)
  • 5-days a week: $240/wk for 1st child; $220/wk for 2nd child
  • 4-days a week: $220/wk for 1st child; $200/wk for 2nd child
  • Activities Fee: $205 one-time fee due at enrollment
  • Early withdrawals that do not meet the 9 week minimum will be responsible for partial enrollment rates retroactively
• Partial Enrollment (less than 9 weeks)
  • 5-days a week: $255/wk for 1st child; $235/wk for 2nd child
  • 4-days a week: $230/wk for 1st child; $210/wk for 2nd child
  • Activities Fee: pro-rated at $25/wk with total for all weeks due at enrollment
  • Membership fee: $60/child; $100/family annually
  • A Tuition Contract with enrollment and vacation dates must be finalized and signed by May 15th

NOTE: We can accept DHS vouchers. Voucher approval must be finalized before your child's first day. Voucher families will owe a copay!

Fees and Policies

• To hold a spot, the Activities Fee and Membership Fee must be paid; these fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation
• Hours: 7:30am to 6:00pm
• Late Pick Up Fee: There is a $10 fee per min. per child starting at 6:01pm; repeated late pick-ups can result in cancellation of your child's enrollment
• Schedule Change Fee: There is a $25 fee for any schedule change made after May 17th
• Schedule changes are subject to a two-week notice period and include changing the days a child attends, the total number of days attending per week, or the weeks a child attends
• Tuition is billed on a weekly cycle and always paid in advance of child care. Weekly billing is posted every Friday and due each Monday of the week of child care services and is considered late if not paid by the end of the business day (6pm)
  • Late payments will incur a $10 late payment fee
  • Payments can be made online, in person, over the phone, or can be automatically drafted using an auto-draft form
• In the event of student absence, tuition will be charged as usual in order to retain a spot in our program
• We do not provide lunch, so please provide a healthy lunch for your child at drop off (nutritional guideliness are listed in this form)
• Lunches need to be packed in a durable bag or cooler sack and include an ice pack (paper sacks are not permitted)
• We provide a healthy morning and afternoon snack
• Students may bring a small blanket and pillow for "brain break" time but no toys, large blankets and pillows or large stuffed animals are allowed
• Spaces are limited and guaranteed on a first-come first-serve basis

By initialing below, I acknowledge that I understand the Summer Program includes regular off-site field trips to places such as splash pads, parks, museums, libraries, arcades, etc. These field trips are a required part of the programming, and as such, children are required to attend if dropped off that day. Field trips will be age appropriate and modified for the pre-k classroom. If my child is sick, injured, or is unable to fully participate for any another reason, I understand that I must make other child care arrangements for that day.

Our summer program offers group-level care that requires the cooperation of children in groups to be safe to themselves and others. Our programs include transportation on a van. By initialing, I acknowledge that my child is capable of making safe choices and following program rules to ensure the safety of all children when on and off site and on our vehicles.

I acknowledge that my child will be able to follow the General Behavioral Expectations listed below:

• To remain with their group and safely participate in group activities.
• To be kind and respectful to others, oneself, and Infiniti Child Care property.
• To be safe while being transported on a bus or van and to not distract the driver with disruptive behavior.
• No hitting, biting, punching, throwing, pushing, pinching, hair pulling, or otherwise hurting themselves or others.
• No name calling, teasing, or belittling of other children or other families.
• No intentionally breaking anything, hitting, or punching walls.
• No running, wrestling, or climbing inside unless in designated areas.
• Children may not pick up other children.
• No leaving the center or playground without a teacher or parent. Children will not be allowed to be left alone outside or inside the center without adult supervision, even when the parent is here.
• All food and drink will remain in designated areas of the center and classrooms. For safety reasons, no gum-chewing is allowed by the children.

If a child cannot meet these expectations, a parent conference will be scheduled to address the issue and come up with a behavioral plan. If the behavioral issue is not resolved within a timely manner or if the nature of the behavioral problem is so severe that the child's or other children's safety is at risk, the child will not be allowed to continue attending.

By initialing below, I acknowledge that I will provide a nutritious lunch for my child each day he/she attends the summer program. Club Infiniti will offer milk on site for children to have with their lunch at no additional charge. USDA guidelines indicate that a nutritious lunch should contain, at minimum, 1 cup of milk, 2 oz of meat or meat alternative, 2 4oz. servings of fruit and/or veggies, and 1 oz of bread or bread alternative. As per state licensing requirements, these guidelines must be met or a meal supplement will be provided at an additional charge.

By initialing below, I agree to provide a copy of my child's immunization or eligible exemption status prior to my child's start date. Immunization records are required to remain on file for preschool and school age children.

By initialing below, I agree to the policies and fees described in this form. I agree to pay all required fees prior to my child's start date to hold my child's spot in the program. I acknowledge that if I cancel my child's enrollment, I will not receive a refund of the fees and tuition paid to hold my child's spot in the program.

For the following sections, if you do not have anything to report, please write "none." These sections are required to complete enrollment.

I hereby give written permission for the use of sunscreen for this child in accordance with Minimum Licensing Requirements: DCCECE/Child Care Licensing Unit.

I hereby give my written consent and permission for the taking of photographs and/or video of my child at the Child Care Facility or any event/location where they are participating and waive and/or assign any and all rights (including copyright) in such media to Club Infiniti, LLC. Club Infiniti, LLC, as the sole owners of such media, shall have the exclusive right to control and determine the use, display, performance, reproduction and dissemination of any such photographs and/or videos.

I authorize staff at Club Infiniti/Infiniti Child Care to act as an authorized representative on my behalf to sign my child in and out of the facility during the COVID 19 pandemic to limit the potential spread. I declare under the penalty of perjury that this information is true and that my child was provided services at the above location and on the days and times authorized. I understand that I must repay any overpayment resulting from false or incorrect information and that I may be prosecuted for fraud.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, do hereby give my consent to the Director of the Child Care Facility, or his/her duly appointed representative, for this child to receive medical or surgical aid as may be deemed necessary and expedient by a duly licensed or recognized physician or surgeon in case of emergency when the parents cannot be reached. Consent is also given for the Director or his/her duly appointed representative to transport said child for emergency medical treatment, if the parents cannot be reached.

Release/Indemnification: As the parent or legal guardian of this child, I give my consent for my child to participate in the programs, events, and activities at Club Infiniti, LLC. I understand that it is Club Infiniti, LLC's expressed intent to provide for the safety and protection of my child. I also recognize the risk to have contact with individuals, who have been exposed to and/or have been diagnosed with one or more communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19 or other medical conditions, diseases, or ailment does exist, and it is impossible to eliminate the risk that I could be exposed to and/or become infected through contact with or close proximity with an individual with a communicable disease or illness.

In consideration for allowing the above named minor to participate in activities at Club Infiniti, LLC and on field trips, I waive any and all rights or causes of action against Club Infiniti, LLC or its staff members for any injuries suffered by my child and other damages suffered by the child or myself while under the supervision or control of Club Infiniti, LLC and its employees. I agree to indemnify Club Infiniti, LLC for any such Claims brought by me or a third party from any costs associated with defending or litigating such claims, including but not limited to attorney fees, costs and legal expenses.  

Assumption of Risk: I am aware of the risk of severe injury when participating in any sports or physical gym & field trip activities.  I am aware of the risk of potential exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. I hereby voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death that may result from participation in program or event activities.

This is a statement of verification that I have been informed that child care licensing/child maltreatment investigators and/or law enforcement may possibly interview my child for the purpose of determining licensing compliance or for investigative purposes. This is in accordance with Minimum Licensing Requirements: DCCECE/Child Care Licensing Unit.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, understand that I may ask for a conference with Child Care Facility staff as needed.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, am aware that my child may be photographed/videotaped as part of a facility video surveillance system. This information will only be used for internal reviewing purposes or for purposes as mandated and required by law.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, am aware that state licensing compliance forms are available for review upon request.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, am aware that Club Infiniti does not administer medication except under very specific circumstances. Please do not bring medication in your child’s bag or hand it to the teacher to administer. If approved by the facility, some medications may be administered by the Director on duty only with specific written permission AND doctor’s documentation. A Medication Form from our facility must be filled out and attached to the doctor’s documentation, and prior Director’s approval attained. Please do not send any kind of medications, vitamins, cough drops, etc. with your child or in their water bottle to school. This is a safety concern for other children.

I agree to notify the Child Care Facility no later than the day before if my child will not be attending. Parents must notify Club Infiniti by contacting us at 479-418-3116 or info@infinitichildcare.com. If your child arrives late and the van has already left for a scheduled field trip, your child will not be able to attend the program on that day. No exceptions.

I agree to give a minimum of 2-weeks written notification of any time that my child will not be attending or to drop enrollment. I understand that I will be charged for any days missed without this notification up until and including the 2 weeks following drop notification. I have read and understand the fee schedule, including policies concerning major holidays, inclement weather, and late fees. I agree to pay for all services, including any assessed late fees, provided by Club Infiniti, LLC. Any changes to your child's schedule must be submitted in writing and approved by the Director.
