HESPA III 2025 Supplemental Resources Request Form
The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc (NCHEC), permits the undersigned the use of the supplemental HESPA III 2025 resources. A Competency Based Framework for Health Education Specialists-2025 electronic mapping resource and Pre-Curriculum Mapping Checklist. Permission is granted based on fulfillment of all the following criteria: 1. The individual has purchased the title in either print or eBook format. 2. The individual is a university faculty or active NCHEC Ambassador. 3. The individual has completed and submitted this request form.
