  • Garden State Quarter Midget Racing Club 2026 Membership Registration

    Please complete this form to become a member of the GSQMRC for the 2026 race season. Payments will be collected at the first general membership meeting in March.
  • The Garden State Quarter Midget Racing Club (GSQMRC) is a registered 501 c (3) Non-Profit Corporation in the state of New Jersey and must conform to state statutes under Title 15A of the New Jersey Permanent Statutes, its By-Laws and state law. Membership in Good Standing The definition of a Membership in Good Standing is any family membership, or associate membership, that has no outstanding financial obligations to the club, is not suspended for any code of conduct issues, and actively participates in assigned committees. For further information, please refer to the 2025 GSQMRC Administrative Rules.

     

    Family Membership

    A family membership is defined as driver(s), non-racing siblings up to age 21, and parents/legal guardians living in the same household. All returning family memberships are urged to pay their annual family membership fee for the 2026 racing season by March 2026.

    The flat fee for a family membership is as follows: $300.00, which is inclusive of parents/legal gaurdians living in the same household (2 total) and 1 driver. The cost of 1 additional driver is $100.00. The cost of each additional driver thereafter is $50.00 per driver. Rookie families will follow this same pricing structure.

    This is a pilot pricing program for the 2026 race season and is subject to change based on fiscal success. 

     

    Associate Racing Membership

    An associate membership is defined as a non-driver over 18 years of age, who is covered by NYS insurance, and willing to fulfill all duties of membership in good standing. **Associate members in good membership standing will have voting rights** 

    The flat fee for any associate membership is as follows: $200.00

    This is a pilot pricing program for the 2026 race season and is subject to change based on fiscal success.

     

    Alternate Handler Fees

    An alternate handler is defined as a person who is a paid NYS member who does not have a child driver and assumes the duties of the handler in the handler's absence. All returning alternate handlers are urged to pay their annual alternate handler membership fee for the 2026 racing season by March 2026.

    The flat fee for an Alternate Handler is $50. Please note that an alternate handler does not have voting rights.

    As a way to show our appreciation to active duty military personnel, the GSQMRC will discount the membership cost by $50.00 per year with valid military ID.

  • Authorization for Publicity Use

    I hereby grant the Garden State Quarter Midget Racing Club (GSQMRC) permission to use photographs, motion pictures / videos, and / or audio recordings containing my name and likeness and / or the name and likeness of my minor child(ren), with or without racing equipment, taken, made, transmitted, reproduced, and / or used during and GSQMRC event, including, but not limited to practice, qualifications, the race, and award ceremonies, for publicity and professional purposes. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the GSQMRCand will not be returned. I also understand that these materials may or may not bedisplayed on the website or used in any official publications or displays, at the sole discretion of the elected GSQMRC Board or Officials. I hereby irrevocably authorize the GSQMRC to edit, alter, copy, publish, or distribute the materials for the purposes of publicizing GSQMRC’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, I hereby acknowledge and agree that I have no right, property, or interest in any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of these materials. I hereby hold harmless and release forever discharge the GSQMRC and its members from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I am 21 years of age and competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand its contents, meaning, and the impact of this release.

  • Social Media Policy

    I have read and understand the Nascar Youth Series Social Media Policy. I agree to abide by this policy. The Nascar Youth Series Social Media Policy can be found at Social Media Policy. 

  • Zero Tolerance Policy

    The GSQMRC instituted a “Zero Tolerance” Policy. Please review the violations below and make sure that everyone associated with your race team is familiar with them. This policy will be strictly enforced and all decisions will be made by the GSQMRC Board of Directors.

    ** Zero Tolerance Violations must be written and signed, including names of witnesses, then filed within 72 HOURS after an incident. The notice may be submitted by ANY member of GSQMRC and may be submitted in person or emailed to any Board member. The form of the incident report must include a date, time, location and a narrative of the members involved, the witnesses to the incident and a notation of the violation enumerated below.

    ****All information involving the Zero Tolerance Policy will be kept confidential between the Board and parties involved.**

    *Suspension Terms*

    1. GSQMRC Board can choose to suspend member, driver, and/or handler atBoard’s discretion. All driver suspensions are for that individual driver only.

    2. All Suspension Terms begin the following race date on the Schedule or as notedabove. All Suspensions will be approved by the Board of Directors in attendanceon the date of violation. Suspension Terms can carry over to the next CalendarYear.

    3. Multiple violations / actions within a 12 month period will receive a suspensionterm.

    4. All Suspension Terms may be adjusted due to the severity of the violation by theBoard of Directors. Written notification of Suspension Terms will be sentpostmarked or emailed within 5 DAYS of filed violation submission.

    5. Appeals must be received in writing within 7 DAYS of receiving writtensuspension notification. Any DQ or suspension in reference to Zero TolerancePolicy will not be allowed to be used as a “drop” in points.

    6. An appeals committee will be set up by the Board of Directors. This committee will consist of 3 GSQMRC club members (In good standing with the club), a raceday official and a Board Member.

     

    *The executive board reserves the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to the club members by the Executive Board.

    By signing below, I am stating that I have reviewed and understand all rules, regulations, and policies of GSQMRC. I understand that I will be held accountable for any and all violations and should I receive any penalties as a result of a violation, the GSQMRC Board and Race Day Officials cannot be held responsible or liable. I am also accepting all responsibilities associated with being a member of GSQMRC, Including ZERO Tolerance Policy and the Opening/Closing & Work Detail Policy. I understand and agree to the penalties that will result if I do not comply. I also understand that neither GSQMRC nor any of its Board members are responsible for personal property left on GSQMRC grounds.
