    Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with us! This year, the market will run on Sundays from May 3 - October 11 (10am-3pm) and on Wednesdays from June 24 - September 30 (12-4pm). The Market Manager will contact you directly once your application has been reviewed.

  • How would you categorize your products?*
  • If you are accepted into the Callingwood market, please indicate which heading you want your business to be listed under on our website.
  • VENDOR STALL DETAILS

  • What type of stall would you like? Note: Stalls are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.*
  • If your stall is located in the uncovered area, you will require a tent (max. size 10x10') and tent weights (25lbs. minimum per leg). Do you have a tent and weights?
  • Is it important to have your vehicle parked behind your stall?*
  • Do you require power for your stall? Note: Powered stalls are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.*
  • Will you be sampling food products in your stall? If yes, please ensure you have read and understand the regulations regarding sampling.*
  • MARKET DATES 

  • The SUNDAY market will run from May 3 - October 11 (10am-3pm). Which SUNDAY markets would you like to attend?*
  • The WEDNESDAY market will run from June 24 - September 30 (12-4pm). Which WEDNESDAY markets would you like to attend? PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A TENT AND WEIGHTS TO TAKE PART IN THIS MARKET.*
  • PAYMENT INFORMATION 

  • RATES FOR VENDORS WHO PAY FOR THE SEASON UPFRONT:

     SUNDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard  $1,080.00 / stall +gst
     SUNDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot  $1,080.00 / stall +gst
     WEDNESDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot  $432.00 / stall +gst 

    *Prices include a 10% discount. Payment due before April 15, 2026. Vendors who pay late will be re-invoiced at the regular weekly rate.

     

    RATES FOR VENDORS WHO PAY MONTHLY:

    SUNDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard $45 / stall / market +gst
    SUNDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot $45 / stall / market +gst
    WEDNESDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot $28.80 / stall / market +gst

    *Prices include a 10% discount. Must commit to a minimum of 2 markets/month. Payment due before the end of the previous month. Vendors who pay late will be re-invoiced at the regular weekly rate. Vendors will not be placed on the map until payment is received.

     

    RATES FOR VENDORS WHO PAY WEEKLY:

    SUNDAY - 8' stall in covered courtyard $50 / stall / market +gst
    SUNDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot $50 / stall / market +gst
    WEDNESDAY - 10' stall in uncovered parking lot $32 / stall / market +gst

    *Payment due seven days before the scheduled market. Vendors will not be placed on the map until payment is received.

  • DOCUMENT UPLOADS 

  • REQUIRED BY ALL VENDORS (PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE UNTIL YOU ARE APPROVED AS  A VENDOR):

    All vendors are required to carry and submit a copy of their own liability insurance (minimum $1 Million CGL). Vendors may go through their own provider or use one of these popular choices: Duuo Insurance (offer daily rate), Western Financial Group, and Cooperators. Alberta Farmers' Market Association members may be eligible for special rates.

    IMPORTANT: “Callingwood Farmers’ Market” must be listed as an additional insured on your policy. Our address is 6655-178 Street, Edmonton, T5T 4J5.

  • REQUIRED BY FOOD VENDORS:

    All food vendors are required to successfully complete an approved food safety course. Proper certification must be made visible while operating in the market.

    All vendors selling alcohol must obtain and have a copy of their liquor license with them at all times. Anyone working in the booth must be able to provide evidence of Pro Serve certification.

  • Please read the following market regulations, and sign below to indicate the understanding, acceptance and agreement to cooperate with these regulations.
