This is a private event and not affiliated with the City of Mount Holly.

This Market will be only 1 day with booth set up happening the evening of Friday April 24. 

 

Any additional items you would like to sell must be submitted by electronic request AND approved by the coordinator prior to the show date. While offering a variety of products and vendors is preferred, there is no quarantee of an absence of similar products by other vendors. Direct sales items/vendors are not permitted.

This rental fee is for use of actual space in the Grand Hall. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, or display structures as needed. 

*booth spaces can vary due to the nature of the building and the actual space available.

*We recommend marking out these booth sizes in your garage or living rooms so you can understand better what displays you will need/will fit into the space you select. 

Access to electricity is limited and filled on a first-ask, first-filled basis. You will be notified prior to the event if your request can be met. You may be asked to share outlets with a neighboring vendor. Plan ahead with battery powered where available. An elevator to the second floor is available. 

By submitting an application, you agree to the following.

This Application will be open to any interested handmade or hand-picked business until February 15, 2026. Merry Market display spaces will be extended by March 1, 2026 based on careful consideration of the following criteria:

• Current product offering
  • Catalyst Mercantile will make every effort to limit duplication among businesses
• Past Market Experiences
  • If you were a vendor at a previous event and did not fulfill your commitment to stay the entire time of the market or "no-showed" for a full day without letting us know, you will not be considered for future events. 
    There will be no refunds or credits issued for accepted spaces if you must cancel. 

General Release: I hearby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catalyst Mercantile and coordinators/facilitators/volunteers/City of Mt Holly and affiliated parties from any manner of lost or damaged property or personal injury. I am responsible for property in my possession. I am responsible for obtaining and displaying the appropriate NC Sales and Use Tax ID within my booth. I agree to not use any type of tape or adhesive on the Grand Hall floor per city policy & may be charged for any flooring damage from the result of my actions. 

 

Thank you for your application expressing interest to participate. Please do not send payment at the time of application. Payment will be due after an email invitation for you to be a Merry Market Vendor, and is required to secure your space. Spaces will not be "promised" without receipt of payment. Please note that all booth rental fees are non-fundable.
