Contributor Submission Agreement
By submitting any manuscript, article, research report, or related materials (“Submission”) for consideration, you hereby represent, warrant, and agree to the following:
Originality, Authorship, and Intellectual Property
- You affirm that the Submission is an original work created solely by you (and any co‑authors you have properly identified).
- You warrant that the Submission has not been previously published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere, in whole or in part, except where explicitly disclosed in writing at the time of submission.
- You confirm that the Submission does not violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, proprietary right, moral right, or intellectual property interest of any third party.
- You affirm that you possess full rights, title, and authority to grant us the permissions outlined herein.
Research Integrity and Source Verification
- You affirm that all research, data, findings, and factual assertions contained in the Submission are the result of your own scholarly, investigative, or journalistic work.
- You warrant that all sources, quotations, datasets, interviews, and third‑party materials have been accurately represented, properly attributed, and used in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
- You confirm that no portion of the Submission has been fabricated, falsified, plagiarized, or manipulated in a manner inconsistent with accepted academic or journalistic integrity standards.
Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
- You affirm that the Submission is not generated, in whole or in substantial part, by artificial intelligence systems, automated content generators, or similar technologies.
- You agree to disclose any use of AI tools that contributed to the Submission in a limited, assistive, or editorial capacity (e.g., grammar correction, reference formatting).
- You acknowledge that undisclosed or substantial use of AI‑generated content constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in rejection, retraction, or other remedial action.
Accuracy, Responsibility, and Ethical Compliance
- You affirm that, to the best of your knowledge, all statements presented as facts are accurate, verifiable, and supported by appropriate evidence.
- You confirm that the Submission complies with all applicable ethical guidelines, including but not limited to research ethics, human‑subject protections, confidentiality obligations, and journalistic standards of fairness and accuracy.
- You accept full responsibility for the content of the Submission, including any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.
Rights Granted to the Publisher
You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to review, edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the Submission in any media formats associated with our publication.
You acknowledge that editorial staff may make revisions for clarity, style, or format, while maintaining the substantive integrity of your work.
