To make a nomination simply select the category that you want to nominate for, complete the required details and press submit at the end. 

You can enter more than one award, but you must complete a new
nomination form each time for it to count. 

 If you would like to start your entry and complete at a later date before the deadline, simply complete the required fileds and press submit and you will receive a email including a link back to your nomination form. You can make amends up to the deadline for entries at 5pm on Friday 13th February 2026.
