Eligibility: This benefit is available only to OHL graduates who meet the criteria outlined in their agreements. Room and Board eligibility will also be outlined in your Scholarship Activation Breakdown.
I am to pay my Room and Board upfront.
I will submit following the Claim Submission Periods: 1) Standard: April of the academic year
I must remain enrolled in at least 3 courses for each month I am claiming Room & Board.
How Reimbursement are Calculated: 1) OHL scholarship funds remaining after my tuition and fees are paid for the academic year, 2) Cost of a single room at my school's residence, 3) Largest available meal plan at my school. **If my school does not offer residence/meal plan, a standard average room and meal rate will be applied.
OHL will add the Meals Allowance after processing.
Late submissions will delay and may limit my reimbursement. Missing documentation will require a resubmission of the form. If documentation is unclear, additional documentation and resubmission will be requested.
