IFT is offering Teacher Evaluation Initial Training (AA#2001) to support unions as they implement a locally bargained appeals process. Participants who successfully complete the training session and assessment will be designated in ELIS as qualified teacher evaluators.
Our 2026 dates for this virtual training are:
- Wednesday, May 20th, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 9th, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 10th, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Registration for this training is open through May 15, 2026
Required pre-work must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. on June 3, 2026.
We strongly recommend that participants be familiar with - even better - experienced with The Danielson Framework for Teaching before registering for this training.
The registration fee is $150.00 per person, due before the first class.
Enrollment will be limited to 25 participants per session.
