Once your booking form is complete and if your tattoo is approved by the artist you will be sent a Tattoo Consent and Deposit Form. A deposit of $50-$100 will be REQUIRED within 24 hours of the forms being sent in order to lock in your appointment spot. The deposit will go towards the final cost of your tattoo. Failure to complete the deposit form will result in your appointment being canceled.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

In the chance that there is an emergency and your appointment needs to be rescheduled, your deposit can be applied to a reschedule ONE TIME.
