I understand:

I should not pay my tuition upfront.

If I have to pay a registration deposit, I should pay it to the school upfront and submit this on my one reimbursement claim each academic year.

I need to submit this form by 2 months prior to EACH semester start.

Late submissions will delay my tuition and fee funding. Missing documentation will require a resubmission of the form. If documentation is unclear, additional documentation and resubmission will be requested.

In order to access and maintain OHL Scholarship Eligibility, I must remain enrolled in 3 courses each *semester during Fall and *Winter (often called Spring in US) *semesters, in consecutive years.

1. Once my Scholarship Letter Request Form is submitted, OHL Education Services will email my school and cc me on the email, authorizing my school to invoice the League directly. (Non-NCAA Scholars)

2. Schools do not normally invoice the OHL until after their respective course add/drop deadline.

3. Once the OHL receives the invoice from my school, the invoice will be audited and processed for payment by OHL Finance.

4. OHL Finance payment processing time is 30-60 calendar days. To pay my school, the OHL must first receive appropriate payment instructions from the school.

5. The OHL does not pay for Health and Dental Insurance. If I have my own family Health and Dental Insurance, I will look up my opt-out options and deadlines (normally September) on my school website. If I do not opt out of my school's Health and Dental Insurance, I understand that I am responsible for paying this portion of my school fees.
