Ascent Studio Climbing and Fitness, 2150 Joseph Allen Dr., Ft. Collins, CO

Join with other Cub Scouts for an Indoor Climbing experience at Ascent Studio. Experience indoor rock climbing and other climbing-related activities while building trust and bonds with other local Cub Scouts. This event is a lock-in, so be ready to climb into the night before getting a chance to bivy like a real climber right under the climbing area! Parents gladly welcome to join for climbing and must be present for the entire event.

Cost: $40.00 fee per participant. Parents who are only there to chaperone do not need to pay. Only climbers participating will pay the fees.

Bring: Athletic Clothing for climbing, a water bottle, snacks. Everyone (including parents) will also need the AHMR form part A & B.

For sleeping: basic sleep kits (sleeping bags/blankets, pillow, sleep pad) and personal medical and hygiene as needed.

We will provide the climbing gear and a light breakfast.

IMPORTANT INFO:
It is imperative that everyone who will be in the building, whether they are climbing or not, has a signed Visitor Agreement on file. For anyone under 18, the agreement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. This can either be done online, at https://ascentstudio.com/visitor_info/ or may be filled out in the gym. However, it will be most expedient if the agreement is completed before the event. There is no need to print this form. It comes to the facility in digital form.

Waivers expire in the facility system after 2 years. If your waiver has expired, you may need to submit a new one. You can do that at the gym or submit a new waiver online.

Registration closes Friday, January 30th at 5 p.m. Limited to 30 climbing participants.
