Manager Referral Bonus: $500 for the employee who refers a manager

1. $250 is paid after the recruit has worked for six
   months.
2. Another $250 will be paid at one year post hire.

Team Member Referral Bonus: $250 for the hourly team member who refers an hourly team member

1. $100 is paid after the recruit has worked for 90 days.
2. Another $150 will be paid 180 days post hire.

 

The person being referred must be employed at the time the check is cut and have not given notice to terminate or step-down from the position. The individual referring must be a current employee at the time the check is cut.
