1. TAX FILING COMPLIANCE (IF APPLICABLE)
The IRS requires all required tax returns to be filed before an Offer in Compromise can be submitted.
• Unfiled tax returns are billed separately
• Each tax year must be paid in full prior to filing
• OIC services do not begin until compliance is met
2. OIC PHASE 1 – INVESTIGATION & ANALYSIS
Fee: $1,650 (non-refundable, due upfront)
Includes transcript review, financial analysis, eligibility determination, and strategy recommendation.
No IRS submission occurs during this phase.
3. OIC PHASE 2 – SUBMISSION
Remaining OIC fees are due prior to submission. No submission will occur until fees are paid in full.
4. IRS FEES (PAID SEPARATELY)
• $205 IRS application fee (cashier’s check or money order)
• 20% of the offer amount for lump-sum offers
5. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCEPTANCE
Fees are for professional services rendered. IRS acceptance is not guaranteed.
