Arrival Time Begins at 11:00 AM ( Please do not arrive early)

Arrival Time Ends at 11:50 AM

Car Show Arrivals will be ended promptly at 11:50 AM just before event opens to public. We must end car movement as children will be walking around.

TENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN CAR SHOW AREAS..chairs can be brought for comfort.

Judging Begins at 1 PM

Awards 3PM

This is a Particpant and Community Judged Show. Trophies awarded for winners.

Car Parade rolls with Deputy Escort through downtown Indian Trail and should take 30-45 mins. Be at Sun Valley by 4PM with ticket in window. Those will be collected for future use. Parade rollat at 4:30 PM
